My experience at Hong Yun Massage was very comfortable and professional. It was very clean and well organized. The girls were all welcoming and friendly and treated every customer the same. I would recommend this establishment to everyone for a day of relaxation and to ease any stress issues you may have.

I decided to try a massage and was very pleased. Overall, a great experience from the time I arrived to when I left. The customer service is excellent and I will definitely come back.

🌟 The overall experience was pretty good! The massage was acceptable, the room was clean 🧼, and they used hot oil 🔥🪔, which felt nice. I liked the fancy clock ⏰ — made it easy to keep track of time. I’d say it was worth the money 💰, though I noticed the price seems to have gone up since last month.

That said, a few things stood out:
• The bright lights at the entrance were a bit too much 🌞 — I came to relax, not get dazzled.
• The door to the room stayed open 🚪, which made me feel uneasy and not fully private.
• The relaxing music 🎶 only played toward the end, and for a while, it was just silent.
• Lastly, the massage therapist kept asking for a tip 💵, which kind of ruined the calm vibe for me.

Overall, not bad, but these little things made a difference.

When you enter the store, the lighting is really bright, and it kind of hits your eyes 👀 — it doesn’t exactly help you relax. Going from a dark massage room back into that bright light can definitely affect your mood 😕.

Also, I personally don’t mind giving tips 💵 — I actually enjoy it — but if someone comes in every 5–10 minutes asking about it, it gets distracting and makes it hard to focus on relaxing 😌 during the session.

That said, I’m changing my review to a full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of the great communication 💬 and how the manager took responsibility and really cared about the customer experience 👍. Cheers! 🎉
